The Jones Family Tree Service are amazing. I needed several trees felled, and I am so grateful to this company for their experience, professionalism, and courtesy. Ben came out to my property and created a plan to remove several trees safely and efficiently. He listened to my concerns and my priorities. The Jones Family cares about our community and it shows in the way they do business. These folks were wonderful to work with! I had a time sensitive project and they worked very hard between the weather and the timetable to accomplish it. The whole experience from the first phone call to the completion of the job was smooth and professional. The crew was very hard- working, courteous and checked in with me throughout the day to make sure that what they were doing was what I was expecting, which I really appreciated. I recommend these folks and plan them to use them again in the future!

We needed a huge Madrone taken down on our property line. The job was challenging to say the least, but Ben put our mind at ease in more ways than one. Being licensed and insured was a must, since our homeowners insurance doesn't cover specialty projects. Ben made climbing 75ft up look easy and his experience was evident in the way he managed the cuts to piece the tree down. The day he came he had Max assisting on the ground with a Bobcat loader that stacked the large branches. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Jones Family Tree Service had a fair price, responded quickly, and got the job done in one day! We will use them again and highly recommend!

In order to cut down on costs, I had asked that the wood from the tree in front of my house just be left and we would cut it up later for firewood.
I went outside after the crew left and expected to find a large pile of "pick up sticks" all over the yard.
Instead, I found the tree neatly cut into fireplace size logs, neatly stacked in my wood pile!
I was so pleased with Jones Family Tree Service and have recommended them to my insurance agent for any of their clients with tree issues in Humboldt or Trinity Counties.

I live out near Burnt Ranch and my forest has really suffered the past few years with drought, fires, storms and big winds. Ben came out yesterday. Got here at 8 am and after a quick walk through and prioritizing, he got to work. My biggest concern was an old rotten pine that had broke in 3 places and was snagged up above our pump area. I was worried it would be to dangerous and technical for Ben and that I would have to hire a crane. He handled it beautifully. great climbing skills and safely pieced it up and got it down. After that he took down 3 medium to large dead Doug firs and 3 smaller ones as well. also cut it into usable rounds and stacked most of those for me to use for firewood. So not only did he take care of hazardous trees, I also have about 3 years worth of firewood. Enjoyed watching Ben work...he is at one with his chainsaw! Thanks Ben and Marie for your services. I feel a lot safer now and will be calling again!

JFTS recently trimmed a couple of trees for me a did a very nice job. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up all the leaves and branches when they were done. It was nice that Ben, the one who gave me the estimate was part of the crew
