Geoffrey Campbell
Climber / Lead Groundie
Geoffrey has 10 years in the industry from sawyer to climber and has lived in Humboldt county 20 years, 13 of those years in the Willow Creek area.
He is married to Kimi Tamura and has 3 children, Phoenix, Naiya & Asher. Aside from family life, he has a passion for this community and the wild outdoors. He prides himself on helping friends, neighbors, and the community by creating safe homes and properties with wildland fire resiliency in mind. In his spare time, he loves spending quality time with his family and friends, fishing, kayaking, hiking, camping, wild foraging, and anything to do with our beautiful local outdoors.

Benjamin Jones
Director of Operations / Owner
Benjamin Jones: Ben, our Director of Operations is a skilled technical tree climber and professional faller pulling from his past 9 seasons of experience in the USFS as a forestry technician aka wildland firefighter. The last 5 years based out of Salyer CA with
Likewise, he has a diverse background not only in tree work, but also in risk analysis and hazard mitigation while managing different types of people, resources, and heavy equipment.
Husband to Marie and father of two, in his off time he enjoys whitewater rafting, building and creating, and spending time with his family.

Max Murphy
Defensible Space Supervisor / Lead Groundie
Born and raised in Grapevine, Tx, he graduated with a degree in philosophy from St. Edwards. University. Moved to Northern California in 2019. He has spent the previous five fire seasons living in Salyer and working for the Forest Service. Now on his second year smokejumper at Redding Smoke Jumpers. Prior to wildland fire, his work experience is in land management, outdoor education, and construction. is a man of simple pleasures and enjoys timber felling, rock climbing, and ultimate frisbee. He's happiest when he's outside and challenging himself in new ways.
